JX Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it has resolved today at the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company to appoint Chairman of the Board and President Designates of the Company as well as those of its Core Business Subsidiaries as follows.
These appointments will become effective formally upon approval of the Shareholders Meeting and the Board of Directors Meeting of each company, scheduled for late June, 2012.
